Short Mat Bowls mats are 45' x 6'. A shorter version of the full length game. Played in halls. Lengths can vary to fit an area but no shorter than 40' and the mats can be rolled up and stored when not in use. The mats are supplied already marked out to the rules of the game.
Equipment needed to play are a pair of fenders and centre block - a pair of delivery mats plus an extra heavyweight jack. Traditional size bowls are used. The top surface of the mats is polypropylene with a foam backing to conform to the latest fire safety regulations.
