While we hope every customer is satisfied with their purchase sometimes, for various reasons returns are necessary.

Prior to returning any article please contact us at sales@dukebowls.com. Your return request should contain the following : –

  • The name the order was placed under
  • Your full address
  • Your order number
  • The reason for returning the item

Return requests must be received within 7 days of the date that you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Packing Your Return

Do not return any items until you have contacted us by email as stated above.

Prior to packing please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and any tags are still attached.

Ensure that your parcel has sufficient protective packaging. It is the senders duty to ensure that all reasonable care is taken to ensure that packages are received by us in good condition, failure to do so may result in a reduced refund.

All postage costs for returns are to be covered by the buyer.

Refund Payments

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 14 days but this will usually be much quicker.
