Prices and Availabilty

Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or telephone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back to your card in the case of a card payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Duke Bowls reserve the right to refuse any order, at our sole discretion. However if we do refuse your order we may tell you our reasons.

Payments

Payment for goods is to be made via Visa & Mastercard credit cards, Visa & Maestro debit cards, bank transfer or cheque.

Delivery

We aim to process your order between 2-7 working days, depending on availability of stock which can vary during periods of high demand. An extensive range of stock is carried but occasionally items do go out of stock and on these occasions we will email or telephone you to keep you informed of what is happening. While every effort is made to fulfil your order accurately and promptly we cannot accept responsibility for delays or issues outside our control.

Returns

We are happy to exchange items or refund the purchase price, less carriage and handling costs, when these are faulty provided they are returned to us promptly, [within 7 days], unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging. Please obtain proof of postage as refunds will not be given for damaged or lost goods. Unsuitable goods may also be returned within 7 days for exchange or refund although postage and packing will not be refunded. Please contact us prior to returning any goods in order to obtain a returns identity number.

Pricing Policy

We aim to ensure that correct prices are quoted on our website but from time to time errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right not to sell the goods at the published price but will contact you to advise you if this happens.

Postage & Packing or Delivery

Postage & Packing prices apply to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands where Royal Mail or Carrier is used. Carriage prices for larger items requiring delivery by carrier may vary and customers are asked to e-mail us for details. Information is shown under the items concerned where carriage is to be charged.
